1. Orders
- All cakes are freshly made to order.
- Please ensure all order details (date, design, flavors, messages on cake, etc.) are correct before submitting.
- Custom orders may require confirmation via phone or email before being finalized.

2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

- Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders canceled [48 hours or more] before the delivery/pickup time may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable due to preparation time and ingredients purchased.
- If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
4. Delivery & Pickup
- We offer local delivery in Stavanger and nearby areas.
- Delivery times are approximate. We do our best to deliver on time but cannot guarantee exact delivery slots.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location. If not, the cake may be returned and a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Alternatively, customers can choose to pick up orders at the scheduled time from our home-based bakery.

- We offer eggless, vegan, halal, and lactose-free options.
- While we take great care, all products are made in a home kitchen that may handle allergens like nuts, gluten, and dairy.
- Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies when placing their order.
