My Story
As Anjali, baker and owner of Anjali’s Bakehouse, I’m driven by a love for creating sweet memories through food. I’m a bit crazy about baking and cooking, and I love experimenting with new recipes and flavors. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, and for many years, I worked as a graphic designer, bringing creativity and visual flair to my projects. However, my true passion lies in baking, and I’m thrilled to combine my creativity and love for baking to create unique and delicious treats. I remember all my first sponge and flavor experiments – and of course, so many wasted 😄 – but I still continue experimenting with new recipes❤️.
To further hone my skills, I’ve completed various offline and online baking classes, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends. And I’m still learning new things – because in the world of baking, there’s always room for growth and innovation! 🍰📚
I’m particularly passionate about creating eggless recipes, so everyone can enjoy our cakes and baked goods – because everyone deserves a sweet treat, regardless of dietary preferences! 🥚❤️
